1. Nature of the app

Idle Realm is an entertainment-focused idle strategy game that runs inside the Pi Browser. Pi is used only to unlock optional in-game features and purchases. The app does not provide investment products, savings accounts, staking, or any form of guaranteed financial return.

2. User responsibilities

• You must comply with Pi Network policies and your local laws.
• You are responsible for securing your Pi account, device, and login credentials.
• You should only approve payments that you understand and intend to make.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed exclusively through Pi Network’s official payments API.
• Once a payment is confirmed on the Pi Network, it is normally irreversible.
• In-game purchases unlocked with Pi have no monetary refund or resale value.

4. No financial advice

Nothing in Idle Realm should be interpreted as financial advice or a promise of profit. Using Pi in the app is purely for gameplay progression and cosmetic or functional upgrades.

5. Service availability

Idle Realm is experimental and may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued at any time without notice. The developers are not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, or changes to Pi Network itself.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idle Realm and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the loss of Pi or other value arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. A revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
